The Marangu Route is the only Kilimanjaro route with hut accommodation, making it a more comfortable trekking option. It follows a direct ascent and descent along the same trail, passing through rainforest, moorland, alpine desert, and finally the arctic summit zone before reaching Uhuru Peak.
This 6-day version is the standard itinerary, offering a shorter but more direct climb to the roof of Africa.
