How Do I Start planning my trip ?
Every journey begins with a conversation. Reach out to our travel specialists via our website, email, or phone and we will take the time to understand what you are looking for and From there, we craft an itinerary tailored entirely to you.
Can I fully customize a tour or itinerary ?
Entirely. No two guests are the same, and no two itineraries need to be either. We build each journey from the ground up — selecting camps and lodges that match your travel style, timing migrations and seasonal highlights to your dates, and weaving in private experiences that cannot be found in a brochure. Simply tell us what matters most to you.
Are my International flights included in my itineraries ?
International flights are not included in our safari packages, though our team can assist you with proper advise on the most convenient routing into Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR). However, Internal flights between destinations (e.g Arusha to Zanzibar) are included and detailed transparently within your proposal.
Cancellations and Changes
What happens if I need to change my trip ?
We understand that plans can change. Since safari camps, guides, park permits, and local flights are usually booked in advance, cancellation fees may apply depending on when changes are made. If you need to change your travel dates, we’ll always do our best to help based on availability. And if we ever need to make changes to your trip, we’ll offer other suitable options or a full refund. We also recommend travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
